An expert in marketing research, Susan Blank, Ph.D., founder and principal, has helped many Fortune 500 companies evaluate and improve their brand building strategies. As Vice President at Millward Brown, Susan directed innovative research evaluating the brand effectiveness of online advertising and website communications. As Senior Project Director at RoperASW, she helped global brands develop strategies for understanding and successfully reaching their target markets. Her clients have included Microsoft, CNET, RealNetworks, Sony, Epson, Walt Disney, Kimberly-Clark, Marriott, Nissan, Young & Rubicam, and TBWA Chiat Day. Susan is an adjunct faculty member at San Jose State University where she teaches marketing research. In addition, she holds an M.A. in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.
